Your board has been working on amendments to our current bylaws and they are almost ready to share! This is just a heads up that we will be voting on the amendments at our long rehearsal, 5 April. Further information to come by email when the bylaws are shared.

How is the "dead fish" tongue thing working for you? I have found I can reach notes more easily when I'm not trying to control it. And the deep breathing exercise we do at the start are so useful as without it, I doubt I could get through some of those long phrases. I'm also learning to relax my body when I sing as it helps with sound and breathing. We can incorporate stretching before we sing as a way to relax as it is not only our voices that we use when singing.
Happy rehearsing. Let's keep having fun and throw in some respect at the same time.
